getting started

The moment you step into the studio, you'll find yourself in a serene space curated for focus. Your session begins with a conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and any areas of concern. Building on this foundation, each sequence is thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs.

Yes. PilatesPrivé is intentionally intimate by design — no public classes and a discreet entrance if desired. For ultimate privacy, choose our Première sessions, where only you and your instructor will be in the studio.

PilatesPrivé is located in Greenwich, CT.

Our address is 53 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, CT, 06830.

Please bring a refillable water bottle (we have a convenient fill station at the studio). For your workout, we recommend comfortable workout attire. Opt for form-fitting clothing that allows for maximum flexibility and movement, enabling your instructor to observe your form. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene during class. If you don’t have your own, we offer grip socks for purchase, designed for traction and comfort.

Our Pilates sessions and group classes run for 50 minutes.

Along Greenwich Avenue, there are metered spaces.
  • Rates are about $0.50 per 20 minutes (or $1.50/hour) for a maximum stay of 2 hours.
  • Meters are enforced Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Alternate/Off-Street Parking Lots & Garages
  • Between the peak hours of 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm, there are municipal or commercial lots and garages nearby. The closest municipal lot is located on the corner of Mason Street and Amogerone Crossway.
  • These lots also offer parking for durations longer than 2 hours.

Payment Options
  • In many areas, you can pay via the ParkMobile app, which lets you use zone numbers from meter signs.
  • We recommend downloading the app in advance.

Free or Reduced Parking Times
  • Town-operated meters and lots are free on Sundays and town holidays, unless posted otherwise.

class information

Pilates is an excellent option for both rehabilitation and injury prevention. That said, it’s important to consult your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you’re managing a medical condition or recovering from an injury.

While our instructors are highly trained to offer modifications and tailor exercises to individual needs, professional medical guidance remains essential to ensure your safety and well-being.

Yes, through its core-focused approach, consistent Pilates practice can support better posture, help ease back discomfort, and even assist during labor and delivery. Our instructors are also trained to provide thoughtful modifications and guidance to support postpartum participants as they return to movement safely and effectively.

Still, it’s essential to consult with your doctor beforehand to confirm that Pilates is a safe and beneficial choice for you.

Not at all. Whether this is your very first session or you’ve practiced for years, every session is tailored to your level.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows time to complete your liability waiver if you have not already done so online, get comfortable with our reformers, and speak with your instructor about any questions, injuries, or modifications needed for your safety. While we welcome clients of all ages, any client under the age of 18 may only participate with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian on file.
