Pilates group class types

Foundations (Level I) 

Foundations is designed for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking to refine their technique.

Every movement is carefully broken down, ensuring safety, proper alignment, and confidence. This is where you establish or go back to the fundamentals that support an intelligent practice.

Progressions (Level II)

Progressions is where the fundamentals evolve into a fuller expression of the method. 

Designed for those with a grasp of the basics, Progressions introduces variety and flow with layered sequences that build precision, stamina, and confidence. It’s where most clients find their rhythm.

Performance (Level III)

Performance sessions demand athletic power, refined control, and musicality, pushing your limits while executing advanced Pilates choreography.

Strength, stamina, and elegance converge in flow, where movement becomes both fluid and dynamic.
